SECURITY & GOVERNANCE

Governance is part of the architecture.

The model proposes. The platform governs.

Defense in depth

No single control eliminates risk. Security comes from layered application, workflow, identity, data, and operating safeguards.

Identity & access

Authorized users, services, and agents receive only role-appropriate access.

Tenant / workspace isolation

Customer information stays associated with its authorized tenant or workspace rather than becoming a shared pool.

Scoped agent permissions

Agents receive only the tools, data, and actions required for the approved workflow.

Human authorization

Consequential actions can require authenticated human approval.

Controlled credentials

Sensitive credentials remain server-side and outside unnecessary model or browser exposure where implemented.

Reviewable activity

Important actions, approvals, outcomes, and exceptions can be logged and attributable where implemented.

Reasoning and authority are different things.

A model may analyze, summarize, classify, recommend, draft, or identify conditions. It cannot grant itself permissions, credentials, tools, or new data sources. Nothing sends itself: a consequential outward action requires explicit human approval of that action.

Permission Matrix

Defines who or what can access capabilities.

Approved Action Registry

Defines which actions a workflow may execute.

Human Approval Map

Identifies actions that require a person.

Escalation Policy

Defines when the system must stop, refuse, or escalate.

Audit Specification

Defines what should be recorded and attributable.

The level of control should match the consequence.

Low risk — bounded assistance

Summarization, classification, and internal analysis.

Moderate risk — governed workflow

Draft communications and proposed workflow-state updates.

High risk — human authorization

Sensitive disclosures, material commitments, critical-record changes, and financial or legal commitments.

Prohibited — block or escalate

Activity outside the authorized tenant or role, policy bypass, and unauthorized credential or data access.

Data and credential safety

Scoped context

Agents should receive only the information required for the current task.

Tool authorization

Email, calendars, CRM, files, exchanges, and other services require explicit authorization.

No self-escalation

Models cannot grant themselves tools, permissions, credentials, or new data sources.

Server-side secrets

Production integration credentials should stay outside browser and model exposure where implemented.

Provider boundaries

Only necessary data should be sent to approved services, subject to product configuration and provider terms.

Memory controls

Persistent memory should remain within the authorized workspace and be user-controllable where supported.

Models change. Context and governance persist.

Foundation models may improve or change without automatically redefining customer permissions, workflow logic, governance rules, context boundaries, relationship history, measurement, or approval policies. A stronger model can improve reasoning while the accumulated intelligence and control structure remain valuable.

Product-specific boundaries

CEO Conciliary

May interact with sensitive executive calendars, communications, strategy, meetings, metrics, decisions, and connected systems. Its design depends on private workspace isolation, authorized sources, role-aware tools, memory control, provenance, and human approval before consequential external actions.

AlphaForge USA

Applies governed legal-workflow controls while attorneys retain judgment and supervision. See the AlphaForge security architecture for product-specific detail.

Companion Intelligence Platform

Uses private, user-specific context with consent boundaries, controllable memory, audience-specific safety, escalation, and restrictions on consequential actions.

Market Intelligence Systems

Real-money cryptocurrency agents have operated with explicit live enablement, position caps, kill switches, loss and drawdown thresholds, operator oversight, and constrained action scope. Equities and options remain simulated research.

Built in operating environments

The architecture has been tested where decisions have consequences.

CEO Conciliary

Persistent executive context, decisions, commitments, evidence, and governed action.

AlphaForge USA

Operating workflows across demand, intake, operations, governance, and attribution.

Sports Intelligence

Active prediction and publication workflows under continuous evaluation.

Market Intelligence Systems

Bounded real-money cryptocurrency execution with kill switches, position and risk limits, and operator controls; equities and options remain simulated research.

Monitoring, testing, and maintenance

Depending on product maturity and deployment, practices may include security and vulnerability scanning, service-health monitoring, prompt and workflow regression testing, integration validation, model-change testing, patching, go-live checks, and visible fault or test tracking. These are approved operating practices, not a claim that every control is identically implemented across the portfolio.

Incident response

Detect → Contain → Investigate → Remediate → Validate → Communicate

Detect

Identify anomalous behavior, failures, or suspected exposure.

Contain

Limit access, stop affected workflows, and protect remaining systems.

Investigate

Determine scope, sequence, affected data, and root cause.

Remediate

Correct the weakness, rotate access, and restore safe operation.

Validate

Test the fix and confirm controls operate as intended.

Communicate

Provide appropriate, accurate notice to affected stakeholders.

What we commit to — and what we do not claim

Implementation verified

  • Tenant-scoped row-level security and forced isolation in CEO Conciliary V3 storage.
  • Validated provider outputs with evidence references in that product.
  • Append-only history for specific CEO Conciliary V3 state.

These are product-specific implementations, not portfolio-wide certification.

Approved operating principles

  • Layered security and least privilege.
  • Workspace-aware access and governed agent permissions.
  • Human approval when consequences require it.
  • Server-side credentials where implemented.
  • Monitoring, testing, remediation, and honest boundary disclosure.

We do not claim

  • Breaches are impossible or risk is zero.
  • Universal compliance certification.
  • Prompts alone create security.
  • Every provider or product has identical controls.
  • Every integration is production-verified.

Due-diligence framework

The detailed framework originated with AlphaForge and is intended to inform the broader CEO AI Technologies architecture, including CEO Conciliary. The downloadable source will be published here when the approved PDF asset is supplied.
